Basic Installation: Equipment includes subscriber unit, 18" eave mount, power supply, surge protector, 50' of cable, connectors and one outlet thru an exterior wall. The customer is charged with care, custody and control of the equipment and shall make reasonable efforts to protect from harm. Listed speeds are signaling burst speeds; continuous transfer rates may be lower.
Additional Equipment: The following items do not come with the basic installation and may or may not be needed to ensure adequate signal strength. Your installer will determine need and present options at time of site survey.

ERF Wireless provides email accounts that you can personalize, share with friends and family, read from anywhere, and manage online. You can check email on the Web using a browser or use an email program such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. Your service includes anti-spam protection and ERF Wireless offers additional email addresses depending on your plan. Additional email addresses may be purchased with any plan.

An IP address is a number assigned to your computer that identifies it on the internet and distinguishes it from other computers and networks. Your residential or business connection might need static IP address if you plan to use VPN technologies, Remote Management programs such as PC Anywhere or Terminal Server. Ask an ERF Wireless Consultant if a Static IP address is necessary for your connection.
* Minimum term of contract is 24 months. If you choose a 12 month term, there will be a $49.00 Activation Fee added to your first month's bill. An early terminination fee of $200 or the unpaid balance of contract, whichever is less, plus any unpaid past balance will be due if contract is cancelled before the term expires. So as not to interrupt your service, the Contract renews automatically for one year terms unless ERF Wireless is notified of your intent to not renew in writing at least 30 days in advance. There is a $30.00 fee for checks returned NSF. Sales Tax will be charged on all accounts unless a Tax Exemption Certificate is provided. Sales tas is calculated based upon applicable law.
